The Brainchip 2025 AGM was held Wed 6th May 2025, and now over a week later a recorded webcast has still not been released by the Co. Despite since the release of the BRN CEO interview with Stocks Down Under, the BRN Tech Roadmap presentation and also posting the Trim Capital BRN valuation report on their website, and elsewhere since.
Interestingly last year the 2024 AGM was held on 21st May and the webcast released 23rd May just 2 days later.
CEO Hehir and Chairman Viana have both said they recognise the need to improve investor communications, but unfortunately that appears to have been just lip service, with this just another example of that , when here we are still waiting over a week later for this AGM webcast. This AGM being arguably brainchips most important to date for a range of reasons. So Why? Is it not a priority? Did they just forget? is it a deliberate delay? or are they simply just not going to release? Well you make up your own mind.
Personally Im now thinking the later, as they dont want that trainwreck of a performance by Chairman Viana released officially and on the record. But Im hoping they prove me wrong
PS We know the Co monitor the forums, so message to you Mr Tony Dawe Global Director Brainchip Investor Relations. Issues will continue to be raised when the Co fails to treat its shareholders with respect and when the Board fails to act in the best interests of its shareholders
