Hey all,
Just wondering peoples thoughts on why the cap hasn't come in. I am extremely suprised as it has appeared for 2 years now....
Is it
A) RIO isn't buying any more right now due to global economic climate?
B) They have enough of a share to block any other take over?
Whats everyones thoughts?

PS: Before anyone asks or nails me about this, it isn't a down ramp and yes i sold at 1.41 the other day, maybe early buy taking profits, so please don't go silly on this post :)
