where is the cash going?

The latest announcement states that Podar is running the show in India, we have a crisis situation, the local contractor is unable to fulfil the agreement.
I ask my self why hasn't there been an Australian management team on site in India from the beginning or at least for the last few months since mining apparently started, Why isnt NSL buying their own trucks and hiring drivers if the iron ore isnt going to port on time. All I can see is punters throwing around with hypothetical numbers of how much this company is going to make.
This company will be in big trouble if they don't get moving fast, I hope Cedric is on a plane to India right now.
It sort of sounds as if they bought all the mining leases and associated local services on E-Bay from their laptops in a restaurat in Subiaco and are still sitting there counting money as you are reading this.
