Board must be seeing votes mount up against them, reeks of desperation.
Whether or not PB discovered the deposit is irrelevant, it belongs to all shareholders. He's had more than 10 years to convert delivering false promises all the way. Opportunity cost of the misinformation has cost shareholders a fortune, infuriating.
