I have said it before POLO wouldnt buy 12% of a company to have them turn around a few months later and say they have lost the lease. For me that is enough to be confident that the lease is assured.
I have held my original parcel for 3 years, is that patient enough?
I didnt buy in thinking it would take that long for a reward but the story has improved since my original purchase and the opportunity to top up has been compelling.
There are at least 3 potential primary sources. The location and its neighbours makes me feel that we are more likely than not going to get lucky on at least one of them.

We will all know in a few months max.....Famous last words I know.
