Seems to me that we have been ripe for a counter bid for some time now (since the Convention terms have been publicly known) – but nothing has happened. I suspect that option is slowly fading away.
I think if the 57 cents stays firm (ie Hanlong don’t make a new bid at a lower amount) that is the best we will do.
A pity, but better than another 7 years of uncertainty.
