where is the distribution notice

hi all those stuck with the rcu boys from sydney.
there are abit late with the current distribution notice
i wonder if there was a year bonus for stuff at rcu and if management fees are being paid.
i feel that in these fund types you need more regulation to protect the share holder.
need to try management fee to performance, but preformance is distribution turnover not income income turnover.
this is property management a reit not financial instrument.
