The EU on economic recovery from COVID-19.

A new Recovery and Resilience Facility of €560 billion will offer financial support for investments and reforms, including in relation to the green and digital transitions and the resilience of national economies, linking these to the EU priorities. This facility will be embedded in the European Semester. It will be equipped with a grant facility of up to €310 billion and will be able to make up to €250 billion available in loans. Support will be available to all Member States but concentrated on the most affected and where resilience needs are the greatest.

EU economies are rated as follows :
Europe's largest national economies with GDP (nominal) of more than $1 trillion are:
Germany (about $4.0 trillion)
United Kingdom (about $2.8 trillion)
France (about $2.8 trillion)
Italy (about $2.0 trillion)
Russia (about $1.6 trillion)
Spain (about $1.4 trillion),

Now take out the UK.

TIVAN utilises much more of the Titano-Magnetite ore than just for single element extraction.
You'd have to think this fits in with the goal of improved sustainability in mining, particularly if the project employs greater use of renewables coupled with storage. Then factor in the outputs potential use in perovskite based solar cells (look it up the R&D announcements on this recently are insanely good), Vanadium flow batteries & Vanadium/Lithium batteries & you've got a supply chain for highly prospective clean energy materials.
The advanced stage of this project development (Mt Peake, Darwin Refinery) as well as their relationship with the Import/Export bank via kfw of Germany, which is there to invest in projects with potential to increase German economic output (aka jobs) has to be seen as a positive in TNG's corner.

it's not so much this first project I am concerned about, it's what comes next & how big a part TNG will play in it, as that is SMS principle goal - to replicate the project design/equipment supply/builds of TIVAN refineries for titano-magnetite resources around the world.
