Its just sentiment toward non producers atm .

The sentiment will shift until overall markets find clearer direction (probably through more QE, don't think for a second that they wont have to print $$)

A few developers are starting to bounce, but amx is lagging because they have delayed their PFS to include new areas at foumbiri and doubema (possibly they may have lost some of their developer status in the short term because of this). Many will be waiting to see the PFS results to re evaluate the numbers. Cost are likely to be around $700-$750 opex and $300mill cappex imo , in line with west africa average , so i dont forsee any issues.

And the decision to push back the PFS to include the new discoveries was a wise option , as the ounces for those areas will be shallow oxide (cheap to mine) and go along way to prove up the "multi project" nature of the ultimate mining scenario. If the lab delays weren't so bad in the last 18months , these discoveries would have always been included. The new oxide based ounces , will also demonstrate that amx have to choice to displace or blend more costly to mine ore types as the new discoveries get proven up (not just doubmema and foumbiri , but other discoveries are almost certain given 110km of anomolies)

I look at Volta Resources Inc. (VTR.TO) -Toronto , as a good overseas vector for AMX . The two stocks are at a simular stage in development , and both are at PFS stage, both operate in Burkina.

Was good a night for volta , rallying over 5%, off no news. So sometimes stocks just bounce when they get too cheap. AMX is obviously getting well into that category.
