where is the final accounts

Where is the final accounts? In the last 3 years, CMQ released the accounts in August but could not do so this year.
Are they having problems with the final account?
Are they having difficulties with the auditors after stating the revenue covenant was satisfied but no corresponding sales receipts reflected in the June Appendix 4C?
Remember too how the sales receipt in the June Appendix 4C could not reconcile with the May Appendix 4C?
