Before the last AGM, I was saying the exact same things and I agree that someone on the board needs to be made accountable for ELKs mistakes as they are running a public company.

That was one of the reasons why we wanted to put Davo22 on the board to protect our investment. Nearly 6 months later and again nothing has been achieved. However I dont believe now is the right time to hold an EGM. The potential board disruption would concern potential investors and limit our chances of securing funding.

The assets are good and my sense is that they have a couple of options in mind. We have been patient for so long and I hope we will have a green light for the funding within the next two months.
