We have been patient for almost 6 years now and nothing has been done.
I doubt that the way things are going ELK will be around in two more months or the share price so low that it won't matter.
The BOD and management needs a swift kick in their collective butts and other places as well.
They should appoint a person to the board ASAP to look after the ordinary shareholders' interests or if not then an EGM to elect such a person and/or remove the entire board.
This has gone on long enough and I (we) are tired of hearing one excuse and delay after delay.
