This step backwards was all pars making. I had lunch yesterday with a board member of an asx listed coy. Sought his advice as to what his board would have done.
he said his board would comply with continuous disclosure requirements immediately and would have had an asx announcement out next morning clarifying position. Also chairman would have given ceo a serve. Oh but that cant happen on par as ceo is also chairman.
