yes indeed,lm going through the same b s at MRM giant USA CYAN, is going to steal Mermaid Marine for a low ball offer of $2.70 unfortunately for us shareholders MRM ceo and board recommend the bid in absence of a superior offer,bonuses all round for the board ,we’ve gone without divvies,and last quarter estimate only $90 million fcf imo no debt and a stack of profitable contracts ahead of them,major shareholders all voting along with the board.DYOR please
