On 13 March, some eight days after MAK's takeover offer was announced, BON stated that it will:

"Appoint an independent expert, who will prepare an independent expert's report stating whether in the expert's opinion the takeover offers are fair and reasonable . . ."

"The independent expert's report will be provided to shareholders . . ."

MAK's detailed takeover offer has been sitting on the desks of shareholders for 12 days - and over a month since the takeover offer was announced.

Where is the independent expert's report??????

Unbelievably slack behaviour by the BON board.

It did enter my head that the report found MAK's offer unfair and unreasonable - so BON is seeking another independent expert. That of course could not be the case, but where is the report?
