As Steve pointed out, that is not how the ASX works.

Also ALL stock exchanges are regulated and also subject to fraudulent companies and scams. If you can't DYOR to assess companies on the ASX, you're going to struggle with investments in genreral so you may want to consider some vanilla ETFs.
