I am becoming of the belief that is what they want and may have been wanting all along ............a takeover !!!
Easy money without the hard yards . There is nothing "special" about this build imo , other than that by not taking a solid engineering approach they may have now created what may be a more expensive project with second hand equipment (that is still sitting in a shed or on another site).
Time is money , and a lot has been burnt in the last 12 months , for what ?
