In the scheme of things a few days might be neither here nor there, but it is not a good look for the new directors to miss the easy first question on the exam. The PFS was ready, they needed to review it. Fair enough. But if your first undertaking to shareholders as a new director is to get that review done in the first half of August, then that should be your priority.

I get that there is slippage in these things, but there is a limit to how many times a deadline can be missed then pushed out, imho.
