Crosslands (MMX) is one of three potential foundation customers who have signed MOU's - the other two (Sinosteel and Karara) are also intending to use the railway for their respective resources.
Foundation customers, means first, initial (need i go on??) - so there will be others who decide to develop mines in the area..
Crosslands is NOT proposing to take the full 45mtpa capacity each year, and the feasibility of the railway is NOT based solely on Crosslands resource..
How stupid do you think these people (MMX, Mitsubishi, WA Govt) are? they would just commit to a 4bn project willy nilly??? Please at least do a little research before posting..
