I personally haven't done the breakdown of the costs, but would be pretty confident to assert that a significant proportion of the OPR project costs relates to the "P", that's the deep sea port at the end of the railway line, so who cares how many km's of the railway line the three foundation customers will use... let alone future miners who explore the mid west region
