    Up to 52m shares issued now, but still a 23m shortfall.
    MD has scaled his own investment back from $500k to $300k.
    So where's the missing $1.7m coming from to build stage 1?
    This was previously announced as fully subscribed.

    IMO, disappointing.

    At least Bowman is backing KMC to the hilt.

    Hopefully will be fully explained in quarterly.
