where is the mystery deal

So what ever happened to the mystery deal with some secret company that in the US is worth a potential billion dollars? This was mentioned in a company announcement a few months back. In Australia with BRO in control does that convert to a $0.001 deal ?
I've been invested in this busted shell since 2007, it would actually cost me more in brokerage to sell my shares than what they are worth. I only keep them as a reminder of how not to invest!
