If anyone's feeling a bit down on days like today..... i say the one of the remedies is to rewatch some of the recent Youtube featuring MT or read paragraphs like the below that pabs refers to from the quarterly. I got over today by buying a parcel at $1.37. Not the lowest but does it really matter when its many, many multiples in the next 1-2 years?
