Nice follow up on the announcement (or lack thereof) BT.

I too find it peculiar why IDC have failed to announce winning the Asia Mining Award, and in particular how this flies in the face of ASX listing regulations.

ASX listing rule 3.1 states:

"Once an entity is or becomes aware of any information concerning it that a reasonable person would expect to have a material effect on the price or value of the entity's securities, the entity must immediately tell ASX that information."

This could possibly be interpretted either way, however the regulations go on to further state in part:

"....would be likely to, influence persons who commonly invest in securities in deciding whether or not to subscribe for, or buy or sell, the first mentioned securities."

IMO news of this nature can have an influential effect on traders and it's disappointing that IDC haven't taken the opportunity to disclose this officially through the ASX.

Regardless, there may be other factors at play here we're not privy to at this stage and I remain firmly optimistic that once the PFS update and drilling results are released we will see positive growth.
