Usually announce TD when there is nothing else to report for a while (ie, technically a 'filler' announcement, while announcement with substance is known to be more than a week away.).
Although, if nothing drops in the next 24-48 hours, I think AP didn't quite get the hint during the webinar regarding SH's and announcements. Only so many times you can say "we'll try and do better"
Although if the above makes you feel nervous think about this, it could also be a sign that the size of the prize is in fact so large, that keeping retail nurtured and happy is no longer a concern.
