where is the p1 prospectus?

With all the talk about the quarterly and WiFi, I just thought we could also remind ourselves that the P1 prospectus has still not been lodged to ASIC, even after tas and others were reassured by Mr Driscoll that the lawyers and accountants were giving it one final going over and that this week would be "the week".

Companies like TTG Mobile Coupon and China Integrated Media Corporation seemed to have no problems putting together a prospectus. These companies seem to have similar business models and infratructure requirements to P1. So is the P1 model so much more complicated than these others that they can't even squeeze out a prospectus after months of trying? Really?

Maybe the dog ate the prospectus this week. I'm sure there will be a different excuse next week.
