The major asset is the land not the business IMHO as it has been unsettled but legislative change. I think the forestry business is still sound but not quite as attractive as it used to be due to lower marginal tax and the super changes however .. the huge boogeyman is carbon tax credits .. more legislative change .. some very good long term upside from that as and when it arrives ..

but until then .. sales down 9% slammed the price straight into reverse .. as least for the short term ..

I ridden this one once to often now and am glad to out of the stock ... once again ...
