most likely is some people may think the usa-china trade war could extend to other metals ......Russia worlds largest Ni producer ......would most likely side with china .......implies shortages in western world in a short period of time .....
just left field.
I would chk with "kipper" on pos forums, and also "Itchi" whom appears to be v good from a techo trading perspective ....
