No, it hasn't been officially delayed. The chances are that some simply want to inflate expectation so as to be able to conjure dissappointment if the announcements doesn;t come via the channels they hope. Ie, it could come to shareholders via N/Letter for all we know. Its no biggie for the company as they are looking far beyond 500k and they may not even care to put out news until the whole figurte is deposited after BOTH tranches have been deposited which would indicte that alll conditoinality had been satisfied. Songs and dances mighht prevail until then lol...Just my thoughts.
