I reckon they are only going to put the money in if Arup are signed up - that's what the money is for isn't it?
It basically covers the fees though to the RFT in Nov.
Yes the share price is primed but if Arup and therefore TC payments are delayed then the spring will lose its potency.
I suspect we may be temporarily dissaponted but it all gets sorted through May while the TC chairman is visiting.
