every other company i own does a retail componenent to the capital raise. Why is this one in al8 only for sophisticated investors?? It seems just Tolga Kumova and BW equities have got an opportunity to parcipate in getting discounted shares and noone else is.
The AGM on tuesday (9:30am) on the 30th of june,, i would encourage shareholders to ask why they have been excluded.
A Share purchase plan would be the fairest for everyone
where is the retail entitlement offer? unequitable to small holders.
