My concern is the reimbursement for 2D would not cover the cost. Understanding how Shell works they will grind you down. They have a date to drill by, however it will take a couple of years for them to get up and running. They will know the money is not there so why not sit it out for a year or two and make WHN and the others bleed. WHN has to abide by the conditions for the permit so it has to fork out to hang on or relinquish or CR's. Lets not forget their wages etc. Just my opinion.
This farmout has to be bigger than cost reimbursements. I believe this is heading to around 20 mil. I find it hard to accept somebody is going to say ok I will give you 20 mil for one potential sweetspot of around 212mboe in the ocean.
I am not trying to put WHN down I am just looking at the figures. I hope everybody understands.
Is there something we dont know that is great news I hope so.
