We were told on the 21st of nov 14 that the RI would happen after the Erm deal was completed, question 6# I think it was, well where is it ?
At the Agm we gave Erm there shares in resolution 2#
in resolution 10# we approved the right to issue an extra 10% shares on top of the 15 %they can do at any time and still they don't us any of it.
And here's the board taking another 1.25 million on top of the 3.75 they asked for.

This pack of over paid feet draggers are making us pay bank intrest of 17 % for an unsecured loan rather than get from us for next to nought.
