Ok, so I gotta admit I'm still new to this investing game. Previously my money was just dumped into my Superfund's 'Growth' portfolio.

Maybe I decided to take an active role at the wrong time, maybe i'm just making bad picks, but everything I own is in the red, and there appears to be no safe havens. (correction : a small holding in NWH.AX is up 30%)

Equities are down. I understand the threat of War, residual Covid and higher interest rates are the prime causes, but I believe when this happens money goes into the Bond market. However the various ETF's that trade these are down also. It's definitely not going into Crypto (at least the mainstream ones). Is it going in gold? It's had slight rise, but nothing to suggest it's taking all the money from the sold equities.

So what is everyone strategy? I need some hope before I go and find a high ledge to jump off (only kidding - I think).
