PVD is quite illiquid atm. very small trades moving the sp.
The next re-rate of PVD imo will occur on the farmout that TPT will prob announce in the next weeks. Tangier started the farmout process of their Moroccan lease back in June. PVD will thus be a number of months before they announ their farmout.
So if you want the big prize its going to be a wait but it will be also very worthwhile. In mean time sp is being moved by very small volumes that mean very little.
