If RIO does'nt go ahead with the current arrangement re taking their shareholding to 19.5% with the Chinese and they then cancel this arrangement that the Chinese will ever do any business with RIO in the future once the contractual arrangements have been completed, they -the Chinese will never lose face to a white man let alone will they then do normal business with him. again!
