Interesting watching this over the past few trading periods with early bids on the day suggesting that a very subtle acquisition of a "tidy" parcel is taking place.
Not enough to suggest anything major is about to unwind but sufficient to suggest that someone, is setting themselves for a little run, which may not be too far away.
Watch this space is my view; perhaps the rare earth will not be so rare on the table, and moves earlier than previously announced might be in play.
