Yes he is giving an opinion,but follows up with,the most likely outcome is. What does he base his opinion on to say most likely. How does he know the most likely outcome is that Hanlong have it stitched up.Who told him that was the most likely outcome.
I dont think the most likely outcome is that Hanlong have it stitched up.What facts does he have that he is right. I am not saying what the most likely outcome is.Only a gut feeling would be my answer as to the final outcome. Regards Westcott.
