Mark, have not been following the BHP threads.

Only time will tell which way we go with Sundance.

Could be a few twists and turns yet to come. Not much risk that Hanlong will default so with that in the back of my mind worst case scenario is about 20% upside from here with a potential kicker if we get a sweetner or another suitor.
