Doogs - the lack of industry speculation on rival bids is probably because those in the know actually know what is going on behind the scenes, or they can, at the minimum, have a look at the Hanlong website, read an announcement, and come to the conclusion that Hanlong are probably going to be a signatory to the convention and that there is zero chance of anybody else muscling in on the hard yakka they have put in.

Westcott - have you asked SDL directly if Hanlong are a Party to, and will be a signatory to, the convention? I'd like to hear their response to that.
