IMO Hanlong won't miss the opportunity unless they go unconditional. Hanlong/China have this one stitched up in a neat little package. They only need a 75% yes vote regarding the scheme, meaning the retail investor angry voices on HC won't be of any significance when Hanlong, their friends, the institutions, and retail holders that just want this saga all finished all vote yes. Holders that still aren't willing to face the reality of the situation and the most likely outcome here are just setting themselves up for even more disappointment.
