    My question is.. Who?

    Who has $1B cash ready to roll?

    BHP and RIO.. But AGM is small fry for these guys.

    Who else... OXR?

    Can the chinese take the thing over 100%

    ZFX look like they have the most synergies given their presence in Tasmania.
