where is the turnaround on this, page-38

Be fear to say I dont understand the candles but
the Stochastic Oscillator shows a potential bottoming of this stock @ approx 33c (as we have seen before) then an upward swing to come.

My question is do you wait for a change in the candles, or do you wait for the safer option to enter once the green line has crossed on the stochastic in a direction between 12 and 3 o'clock....

An explanation would be great!
