i assume you meant 10-20 million barrels of oil, yep right you are 10-20mill barrels is worth nothing these days, actually i heard if you drive your ute to the local gas station theyll load you up for free, cant give them away.

but to answer your question, no they dont have anything, no cash,no oil, no coal, no helium, no gas, no office, no land, no name, no staff.
