How can paying a million dollars, plus diluting shareholder equity by a further 1/4 - 1/2 again, for EXPLORATION ground, possibly contribute to shareholder value at this stage of the game?!

Resource exploration is a BIG $$$ game. To get any value out of this announcement, my guess is that BRO will need to spend at least $300k-$400k drilling EACH of the targets in the newly acquired tenements.
That is over $3.5million just on drilling!

Where the hell is that cash going to come from? Further capital raisings and shareholder equity dilution??!

It really pees me off that Vaz would not spend that money on business development opportunities for the existing technological side of the business. MUCH less capital overhead required, and much more advanced at this stage!

For shareholder value (or should that read... DILUTED shareholder value)... this was the WORST announcement possible IMO.
