I'll probably go OneDirect.
I have it down to 3 at the moment.

OneDirect 8.35% (ANZ) & 7.99% fixed+cap 1yr.
INGDirect 8.74%
QuickDirect 8.54% (Also INGDirect)

I have not checked the fine print on QD yet.

I like ING because of the ability to Salary credit & BPay/redraw out from the mortgage account with no fees.
INGDirect have a good online setup its simple and no unneeded bells or whistles.

I have been watching OneDirect for a while now they seem to be consistantly the cheapest around apart form a few credit unions.
