    Looks like we will be stuck on 25% of NCF as we havent got a hope in hell of coughing up another 3 mil to maxout our holding, it seems the management has squander the opportunity to get us to 33%. What the hell have they done with the last capital raise funds, as this was for the increase in our percentage of NCF,
    Only 2.6 million in bank end of last quater what a joke.
