where is this excitement coming from?, page-12

while i'd like to think there's a juicy ann imminent re drilling results i'm not sure that today's rise is purely the result of new punters hopping on board on the back of the afr article re macnab/goa.

since my orig post on thursday ("goa in afr.com/today's sp rise?") i saw the article was highlighted on the front page of the weekend afr hard copy "the man who found $240B". don't underestimate the power a feature afr article can have to the s.p. in the short term.

as i say, i'll be happy to be proved wrong, by a great ann this week!
