I understand what you are trying to say but the same could be said about most stocks....at the end of March 20m shares of TON sold when it was around 15c, 5-6 sessions later it was over 70c
Not saying it will happen here, but as long as there are buyers I don't think you can read too much into it
A lot of work to do before we get to Oz's targets, I am more of the opinion that ticking all the milestones on the pipeline should only push this around 3c by years end
