An announcement late yesterday; more options for managers. There have now been over 6,250,000 options issued since June 2012 and nearly all are in the money. About 90,000 of them were forfeited since 20 Feb (a manager departed?).
I sent a question to the FNArena site yesterday "what is happening with RUL" and got a quick reply
"This really is in the margin of the share market and only few investors, like yourself, would be interested. Isn’t this simply a take-over almost done, by the way?"
